What Forms of ID are Accepted?
Signees supply their own statements, forms, letters, affidavits, Powers of Attorney, etc. Please have all sections of the document completed that does not require notarization by Express Notary Services. If you have questions please work with the company or agency who drafted your document.
Your Documents
The document signee either signs the document in the presence of the notary, or verbally acknowledges to the notary that the signature on the document is theirs. Signees must demonstrate a willingness to sign the documents without coercion, and understand the significance of the transaction.

Ability to Communicate
​The notarial portion of the document must be in English. Our company can not notarize documents if a signee cannot communicate in English, but documents can be in any other language.
